PA systems, sound and screens for club events

Announcements, raffle draws, race starts and the presentation of trophies all rely on a PA that reaches the far side of the field. The firms here range from small family businesses offering portable systems to collect and return, to production companies that bring stages, screens and an engineer for the day.

Tell the supplier roughly how large the area is, whether the event is indoors or outdoors, and what needs amplifying, whether that is speech, a band or music between activities. Ask about power requirements, wind and rain protection for the equipment, and whether someone will stay on site to run it or show your volunteers how.
